Important: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and mega99 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). 3.3 You are responsible for ensuring your contact information — including registered email address and Malaysian mobile number — remains current. Outdated contact information may impair account recovery and verification processes.
3.4 Accounts must not be shared with, transferred to, or accessed by any other person. Account access is strictly personal to the registered holder.
4.1 All transactions on the mega99 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is RM10. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30. Maximum transaction limits may apply to specific payment methods and will be communicated at the point of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. mega99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Withdrawal processing times are indicative and not guaranteed: eWallet withdrawals are typically completed within 15–30 minutes; bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
4.5 mega99 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own processing fees, for which mega99 bears no responsibility.
4.6 Deposited funds are held in your Account for gaming purposes only. mega99 is not a financial institution and Account balances do not accrue interest.
5.1 mega99 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their specific terms as published at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, mega99 reserves the right to void the affected round(s). Bets placed on voided rounds will be refunded to the Account Balance. mega99 is not liable for any perceived losses resulting from technical interruptions.
6.4 mega99 sportsbook bets are governed by applicable sports betting rules published in the Sportsbook section. In the event of disputes regarding settled bets, the official result recorded by the relevant sporting body shall be final.

11.2 It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version, with the effective date noted at the top of this page, supersedes all prior versions.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority frameworks and the laws of the jurisdiction under which mega99 is licensed to operate.
12.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognised arbitration rules.
